Happy Easter

April 24, 2011

Perhaps you checked my blog today eager for another post in the Sunday Bread Series.  Alas, I wasn’t able to get a post together this week being so busy with packing and moving.  But I promise for next week I will have a post on making bagels.

In the meantime, Happy Easter.  Chai and I are on the road today and it’s a long day of driving to my sister Pamela’s, sure to be made longer if he keeps up his yowling and panting and pawing at his carrier.  Poor guy.  He sits quietly or sleeps some of the time.

Here are some pictures of Chai to tide you over.  While I was taking down my shower curtain he started playing with it, and it looked really neat– at least I thought so! 😉  Unfortunately in the ones with the most dots he was out of focus (on no-flash mode I can’t pick the focal point.)  If I didn’t have so much to do I could have spent a very long time trying to get the perfect awesome photo of him, with the aim of you not being able to tell that it was a shower curtain.  Oh well.  He’ll probably “help” put it up again in the fall!

Do you have any Easter plans?

No Chai, I do not, thank you for asking.

When I saw this guy, I had to look up his other posts. This cat has star quality. Hope you have a nice Easter.

Thanks! Chai will be happy when I tell him he has a fan. 😉

I like the pictures, they look more like paintings than photos.

Happy easter to the both of you!

I made very very tastey turkey and spinach manicotti with a red sauce for Easter. I added some cottage cheese to it for some variety. And I went to church in the morning and had a nice afternoon walk.

Did Chai get an Easter egg?
